10 Beauty Essentials Meghan Markle Can't Live Without

The nuptials between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are just days away and anticipation for the great day is reaching fever pitch.

So many aspects of the occasion are being forecast from the all-important dress designer, which hairstyle she will choose and the guest list to name a few. One aspect I am very interested in is the makeup of course!

It is rumoured that Meghan will take inspiration from Kate Middleton on her big day and do her makeup herself. It is also said she has chosen two people from her close inner circle to do this for her.

Suspected makeup artists who have been named for the huge role are the legendary Bobbi Brown and Princess Diana's makeup artist Mary Greenwell who now works with Laura Mercier in the UK.

So, what are Meghan's beauty essentials? I have all the information here and you never know some of these must-haves may even be used on the day itself.

Sarah Chapman - The Discovery Collection - £39

Sarah Chapman is rumoured to be Meghan Markle's facialist. If this is true Sarah has probably been heavily consulted in complexion bridal prep! Luckily for us, she also has her own skincare range so we can benefit from her treatments. The Discovery Collection which contains an Overnight Facial, Eye Recovery and Ultimate Cleanse, plus a dual-sided Professional Cleansing Mitt is the perfect introduction to the range.

Nars Orgasm Blush - £24

In an interview with Beauty Banter Meghan tipped that Nars Orgasm Blush was her favourite saying: "I love Nars blush in Orgasm. I use it on and off camera because it gives you a nice glow from within".

Yves Saint Laurent Touche Éclat - £25.50

Meghan has said that she never likes to wear foundation when she is off camera. If she is to wear it she always requests that her freckles are on show. During an interview Meghan shared: "I don't wear foundation in real life. It's just Touche Éclat".

MAC Cosmetics Teddy Eyeliner - £15

During her resurfaced Beauty Banter interview Meghan revealed: "I use MAC Teddy eyeliner, which is a really beautiful brown that has some gold in it. A makeup artist I work with often, Kayleen McAdams, turned me on to it".

Dior Diorshow Iconic High Definition Lash Curler Mascara - £27

In 2014 Meghan shared with Allure that her "favorite mascara is Diorshow Iconic".

Superdrug Tea Tree Spot Gel - £3.49

During an interview Meghan revealed that tea tree is her "cure-all". She said: "It's not the most glamorous thing, but if you get a cut, a mosquito bite, a small breakout, no matter what it is, it's my little cure-all". Although, she didn't mention which brand is her go-to I can say I share this essential with Meghan! My personal favourite is from Superdrug and I'm never without it.

Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Very Victoria - £24

The lipstick shade that is reported to have graced Meghan's lips during the engagement photo call. Charlotte Tilbury's Very Victoria is the perfect balance of pink and brown nude.

Laura Mercier Foundation Primer - £30

During her Beauty Banter interview Meghan mentioned that after moisturiser she likes to apply the Laura Mercier Foundation Primer "to give my skin a dewy glow. It’s not sparkly, it’s true to its name… “Illuminating” she says.

Fresh Sugar Advanced Therapy Lip Treatment - £21.50

Meghan divulged in an interview that she "searched high and low and tried every kind of lip balm but this is the very best. Soft, kissable, buttery lips. I swear by it" she says.

Nivea Q10 Firming Lotion - £4.80

This highly affordable option means we can all get the Meghan treatment. "I use this religiously,’ the soon to be princess told Beauty Banter. "It’s honestly my favourite lotion on the market, it’s so affordable, and makes my skin look and feel amazing. I would buy a case of this at a time if I could find it " she added.
